Every order from Supernatural Selections is handcrafted, packaged, and sent with care and intention. Please review the details below before placing your order.

🕰️ Processing Times

All items are made or packed by hand.

  • Mystery Bundles with TikTok Video Add-Ons: Please allow 14–24 business days for preparation before shipping.
  • All Other Orders: Please allow 3–7 business days for preparation before shipping.

Processing time refers to how long it takes to create, curate, and pack your order — it does not include postal transit time.

📦 Shipping & Tracking

Orders are shipped via USPS (or Canada Post for Canadian customers).

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details.

Please note that postal delays, holidays, and weather conditions can occasionally affect delivery times — thank you for your patience and understanding.

🌎 International Orders

International shipping is available to Canada only!

Shipping rates vary by region and are calculated at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees (if any) are the responsibility of the buyer.

💔 Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please email photos of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery. Partial refunds (typically half the purchase price) may be issued at my discretion.

Supernatural Selections is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked delivered by the carrier, but I’ll always do my best to help track them down.

💬 Address Changes & Order Updates

If you need to update your address or make a change to your order, please contact me before it ships. Once an order is marked as shipped, I’m unable to modify it. 

I am unable to switch a shipping address that is national to an international address after order is already placed, contact for a refund.

Mystery Bundles

Because mystery bundles are curated and priced as a whole experience, individual items within them cannot be refunded if damaged, but I will always do my best to offer a comparable replacement when available. Please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photos if something arrives broken so I can help make it right. 📦✨
